I'm nearly 13 weeks pregnant now and sick of the damn things. Can I stop taking them?

My DS has a tongue tie, it’s really not the end of the world.

Anyway, I have heard about pregnacare causing nausea in a lot of people and it does for me too so I switched to Morrisons own brand pregnancy vitamins and haven’t noticed an increase in nausea at all. If you’re anything like me, the nausea has you eating a lot of shit food just to prevent yourself gipping so the multivitamin makes me feel slightly better about things Blush.

I would follow doctor's advice not MN advice on something like this.

I was told to take folic acid the whole way through and take a very high dosage but that was to combat risk factors my baby has that most don't.

It's never made me feel sick though. The iron tablets I take do make me sick to my stomach but I won't stop taking them because it's bad for baby and me if I do.
