Any cure for constant nausea?

In my case..... no. At 24 weeks (when I couldn't afford to take any more sick leave) I started taking cyclizine. Stopped nausea but still sick first thing in the morning and at night- just learned to deal with that! It was the nausea stopping me from doing things so once on the medicine at least I could get out of the house. Healthy boy born with no complications.

Coke Zero did it for me!

I ate small amounts of carby food from the moment I opened my eyes in the morning - biscuits on the bedside table, crackers in my handbag, bread and potatoes at every meal. Stodge was the only thing that kept it at bay. Good luck!

Ugh I feel your pain! I was super sick with DC1 and slightly less sick but nauseous with my current pregnancy.

The key for me was never letting my stomach feel empty. Light snacks don't cut it you need carbs that weigh your tummy down and never go longer than an hour and a half without eating something. Cereal, bread, crisps... anything you can stomach. If you can't stomach anything then nibble on something bland like Jacobs crackers and take lots of sips of water.

I can stomach bananas so I have one before I get too nauseous throughout the day. Avoid smelly food and see if you can stomach a sugar free fizzy drink (I loved Pepsi max the first time around).

As soon as you get hungry the nausea or sickness get worse so whilst it lasts (mine is mainly in the morning now but was all day last time) stay topped up!

When your baby is here you slowly forget about this horrible Time! Good luck xx

Drugs.

If what you’re experiencing is within he bounds of normal MS, then the usual remedies can help a bit - small snacks often, REST all you can, plenty of fluids, vitamin b6, ginger etc etc.

If it’s to the point you can’t keep food or fluid down you need medical attention.

Sleep and drugs. Being tired makes my sickness ten times worse.
