Hi girls :)

Im 24 weeks today with my first baby and its a girl, due 9th July! Grin

We started hypnobirthing 2 weeks ago so really hoping this will help me through the labor!

Iv been so lucky with symptoms, only had headaches and now SPD so hoping this will wear off soon! xx

Aliceleigh · 19/03/2018 12:02

@lozdaniellexxx ooh, how are you finding the hypnobirthing?
I've been hoping to use the midwife led unit here and have a water birth using the techniques but haven't looked into any classes yet! Just online at 'the positive birth company' and such Smile

Im only starting hypnobirthing now (well reading the book) really wanting to give it a go and i would love a water birth too but will take it all in my stride as you never know what can happen

@Aliceleigh Its been amazing so far! Had 2 lessons so far and got 2 left. Teaches you sooooo much about the anatomy of pregnancy too. If your not looking to pay for a course id definitely recommend getting the Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing as this is pretty much everything we are taught in the lessons too. You can get all the music on apple music too :)

LMX0 · 19/03/2018 13:45

I think its the Katherine grieves book i have oh im glad its nearly everything youve been taught and i got a good book

Aliceleigh · 20/03/2018 20:32

@lozdaniellexxx ooh, brilliant! I'll have a look at getting that book!
I know the one I was looking at has released an online course so it's a lot cheaper than the classes in my area.
