Just as above - 5 weeks today and no symptoms and period like cramps. No bleeding.
Think it's anything to worry about?

It's been almost 15 years since I had a baby but I remember having this at 5/6 weeks with my first baby. I was really worried but the GP said it was just my womb stretching. I had a very problem free pregnancy and healthy baby. Never got any morning sickness at all.

Period like cramps are totally normal at this stage.

Your uterus is changing as your baby grows and it can be a little uncomfortable at the start.

Constipation was also the bane of my life in early pregnancy which caused cramping. Could that be it?

Drink shit loads of water.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and remember the 5/6 week mark really well. I had awful period-like cramps and no other symptoms, I was absolutely convinced that I was going to 'come on' at any moment. I now know that this is completely normal and as long as there's no blood, cramping is fine.

Give it a few weeks when your head's constantly down the toilet and you'll miss the days of hardly any symptoms :)

Best of luck with the journey ahead x

No constipation but an upset tummy occasionally- fingers crossed

That was totally me at 5 weeks - don't worry, sounds totally normal.
The first trimester really drags and you will be constantly wondering if it's normal or not. But try not to worry... everyone's different! I'm at 10 weeks and am still panicking if my symptons go for a few hours. I didn't feel sick until around 6 or 7 weeks. Cramp is a normal pregnancy symptom too annoyingly.

@orlandobb I woke my OH up when I was about 6 weeks pregnant because my boobs were no longer achey and was convinced that 'something had happened to the baby'. Now, if I don't feel a kick for a few minutes, I worry. I think we're destined to worry for the rest of our lives now, call it our motherly instinct :)
