I started with jusy cheap tests and they came back positive but I couldnt believe my eyes so took 2 clearblue and they both say 1-2 which means am 3-4weeks really? I have had really sore tender breasts the past week and period like cramps, but the breast tenderness and soreness has vanished in the space of a couple.of hours is this normal? Day to day a can understand it changing but symptoms changimg in a couple of hours is it normal, when I wipe after having wee there is no unusual discharge but I have noticed a little bit of a light brown/yellowish spots in underwear have I missedcarried?

I bled in both my pregnancies, in fact I bled several times in my successful pregnancy. You could ask your GP to refer you for a scan at the EPU but before 6 weeks they often can't see anything x

Have you taken another test? When is your period due?

if the bleeding stays pink and test still says positive and the lines are darker (break open the digital tests to compare), then I'd wait a few days and test again. If lines are darker still I'd say implantation bleeding.

If you continue to bleed and lines are not getting darker or test comes back negative I'd say probably a chemical pregnancy. Which is rubbish, I've had one before ☹️

Fingers crossed xx

So sorry that you're going through this Lozzah. I think the only way you will know what's going on is to have a scan. Let's hope the hospital arrange this asap. I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you. xx

lozzah1995 · 11/03/2018 19:42

Scan booked for Tuesday but still bleeding red blood and cramps but cramps not as bad, dont know what to think, not heavy enough to fill a pad within few hours but really painful cramps

I really feel for you. The most important thing is to try and stay relaxed for the sake of your baby. Easier said than done I know! Still having sore breasts could possibly be a very good sign. I had a missed miscarriage last year and every single one of my pregnancy symptoms disappeared overnight. They were very intense previous to that too.
My experiences with pregnancy have taught me that anything can happen. I was crying my eyes out for a week about a month ago after being told I would probably lose my baby. I'm nearly 10/11 weeks now and it's going strong. I had bleeding too. Admittedly, it wasn't heavy. However, recently a scan showed that I'm due a bleed and they told me if it happens it's nothing to worry about as they can see where it's coming from on the scan. How far gone will you be on Tues? xx

lozzah1995 · 11/03/2018 20:22

Bleeding and cramps have seemed to settle down a bit now which apparently is a sign of misscarriage as bleeding and cramps normally only last a few hours the bleeding was heavy but not heavy enough to fill a pad in a hour or couple of hours am so confused. Is it a misscarriage or what. They said they dont want to do a scan as im still quite early and it might not show up but still put me in for one anyway xx

lozzah1995 · 13/03/2018 09:50

not really but theres nothing I can do about it. just cant understand why they have taken blood results and told me she will ring me some point today x

OP posts:
lozzah1995 · 13/03/2018 10:12

the done both internal and ultrasound scan, said I had normal lining whatever that means, then took bloods and said they will ring me today. I dont understand why they took bloods x

OP posts:
OrangeHorse · 13/03/2018 10:47

Did they say if they thought it was too early to see anything ? They don't usually scan until 6 weeks where I am as it's hard to see much before then.

I hope the blood tests give you some answers xx

OrangeHorse · 13/03/2018 10:48

The blood tests will measure the levels of the pregnancy hormones. The level present could tell them what is happening
