I'm pregnant! What now?

After a few faint lines, I decided to finally get a digital test and turns out I really am pregnant! I'm excited, but can't help but stress myself out over every single possible thing that could go wrong. I want to enjoy this but I'm overcome with anxiety. How do you get through the first few weeks? Also, is it a really bad idea to tell my line manager confidentially? I am struggling to stay awake and complete my work load, or even look at a computer for more than an hour. Is it a bad idea to tell before the first scan? Even if it is for a little respite...

Definitely tell your manager if you are struggling, plus it will be easier then when you need time off for appointments.
Make sure you are taking your pregnancy vitamins, but be warned some brands might make you feel sick like they did with me.
I spent my first 12 weeks reading online all about baby development and browsing all the cute baby stuff

I told my work at 9 weeks purely because i felt so shocking and had to keep leaving the office for fresh air. My thinking was if i miscarried i would be off sick and tell my manager anyway. Its up to you, your line manager can't tell anyone if you ask them not to and it might ease some of the stress on you knowing you can be off sick if needs be and your manager will be understanding (hopefully).
And there really isnt any way to not be worried in the first few weeks, other than tell yourself that whatever happens you have no control over. If the pregnancy doesn't progress there's nothing at all that you can do to stop that. I just told myself that and didn't google too much! The first 12 weeks before your scan are awful but it soon goes and your mind is put at rest at the scan.
I remember having a bit of bleeding on my birthday, i was 9 weeks and i was terrified. I just phoned the labour ward at the hospital who reassured me it was likely implantation bleeding and to monitor it. It never got worse and im now due any day so just be rational about things.
Congratulations! Although its scary it's so exciting and there's lots of time to get excited about buying clothes and buggies and stuff so try and just look after yourself these next few weeks Flowers
