I wake up every hour or so, with pain and numbness because of laying on my side. So I'll switch side and go back to sleep, for the same to happen.
Every. Single. Night
I'm so uncomfortable whilst sleeping, and I dread going to bed at night now!
Anything I can do to make it less uncomfortable?
I'm 29 weeks.

Ugh I had this badly last pregnancy and it started earlier this time, since 20 weeks. My mattress is memory foam and I use pillows between my knees etc but I’ll probably get a proper pregnancy support pillow soon. It flares up more when I have had to squish into my sons single bed 😡 which I’ve had to a bit this week as he’s being quite restless. I found a pillow right under my hip helped too. A pregnancy massage on my hips and back every month this pregnancy has been such a lovely treat. I’m aware it’ll probably not go away until birth though. Like so many niggling pregnancy problems!
