I'm first gonna say I'm near 21stone and have lost 50kg in a year due to gastric sleeve so I have some experience in weight loss and also healthy eating.

A - your pregnant so eat healthily but if you want a treat or blowout take away then have it!

B - fruit and veg and nuts if allowed- great for snacks and filling too.

C - weight loss isn't always advisable during pregnancy as it can cause issues if taken too far so you can always ask your midwife or doctor and get referred to a nutritionist and dietician to help plan out healthy eating - a few will point you to slimming world that is good for pregnancy.

D - walk all you can ☺

Hope your all good mama!

My bmi was 40.5 at booking? weight 103kg eek. Currently 36 weeks and have only gained 8lbs (3 of these in the last 2 weeks). I gained 3.5stone last time so was determined to keep a close eye on weight this time. my appetite has been reduced since my first trimester which has helped but I also stuck to the following.....

Cut out as much unnecessary refined sugar as possible. I pretty much ate like you would be advised to if you were diabetic right from the start.

Switch to brown versions of white foods e.g. pasta bread rice. Reduce portion sizes. Always eat breakfast.
Cut out fizzy if your a fizzy drinker, i switched to soda water and lime. I also ate a lot of soup as was filling and a good way to get extra vits and mins in :) finally dont diet as such, always eat if your genuinely hungry just choose the healthier more filling options where possible
