First pregnancy worries

Hi. This is my first pregnancy and I just need some reassurance.
I am only about 6 weeks pregnant but already having complications.
I found out I was pregnant almost 2 weeks ago. After testing positive I had about 3 days of spotting which followed by me passing out one evening and having slightly more blood than I'd previously had although it was only ever on the tissue when I wiped and never in the toilet or my knickers. After passing out I went straight to A&E where they checked me over and took blood tests. They told me everything seemed ok and my cervix was closed but I needed to go back in 48 hours to have a repeat blood test.
I went back and the 2nd blood test showed my HCG levels had doubled which is good. I have got to go for an early scan next week.
Since then I have had 1 morning where ive spotted again but only very lightly and if I hadn't have been looking for it I probably wouldn't have noticed.
Is it normal for me to be so worried? I have nausea and painful breasts but both keep coming and going which also makes me worry as it's not constant.
Anyone else had similar experience this early on and been ok?
X

It’s normal to be worried and bleeding is naturally going to increase that worry.

From what you’re describing i think you’re actually having quite normal spotting. The passing out obviously frightened you but is probably completely unrelated.

I had spotting everyday for about 2 weeks between 5 and 7 weeks and I’m now 16. This is my second pregnancy.

The first stage is so hard as you feel you’re not ‘properly’ pregnant and symptoms vary wildly. JUst keep telling yourself that worrying won’t make a difference - you are no more or less likely to miscarry just because you’re worried. Stay positive.
