@coastalchick al these early scans you can see why so many women get concerned. I don't know why they do scans so early I wish in a way I was left till around 8/10 weeks but I gues that's just the way the fertility clinic like it at my hospital

coastalchick · 28/02/2018 17:23

Yep - totally!!!! And also, you don’t know exactly when you conceived, just a window, which makes it worse! But then I also get why people want early scans. Basically, the whole of pregnancy is a bloody minefield! They don’t tell you this at school!!

Alicejj8x · 28/02/2018 18:38

@coastalchick
Yeh it's so stressful !!

I guess just another waiting game lol

Yes they should teach you about this all at school I think lol

@Elizabeth2018 how are you doing my lovely? Thinking of you.

I've just come to terms with what's happened but now at war with my partner who's demanding I eat healthier and exercise significantly more so we get pregnant again quicker but honestly I have good days and bad days and if I want to enjoy a glass of wine I will!! Seems like we're back at square one and it's worrying and stressing me out.

I do hope you're doing better x

Elizabeth2018 · 08/03/2018 18:44

Hi Kocerhan3

Thank you for your message. I’m like you, just getting over what has happened and now focusing on trying again in a few weeks.

I should be exercising too cuz I haven’t done anything since before Christmas, but it’s the last thing I feel like doing right now. I’m carrying on with not drinking acolhol And drinking decaf.

Fingers crossed it happens again for us both soon x thinking of you

Here's to our rainbow babies 🥂

Alicejj8x · 09/03/2018 13:58

Hello everyone I hope your all okay and sorry for the losses :(

I just wanted to ask a quick question for some advice.

Me and my partner had sex Wednesday evening and after I noticed I had some bleeding when I wiped.
Went for a wee a few hours later and nothing Thursday nothing but this morning when I went for a wee there was light pink blood then every time since there's been nothing !

I am just really worrying myself has anyone else had this is it common? The fertility clinic don't seem worried but have put us on a sex ban till 12 weeks lol

Elizabeth2018 · 09/03/2018 15:49

Prob not the right place to post this as we are taking about our loosing ours!

Yes that happened to me after sex and the baby died. Everyone is different so it’s just a waiting game x

I thought it was about supporting each other as when others posted people
Supported them and was fine

I said sorry for the losses which I truly am I know how it feels and wouldn't wish it on anyone

I think your comment was abit hard @Elizabeth2018 tbh the way you worded it. I'll be sure to not post any more on this chat

Kocerhan3 · 11/03/2018 12:19

@Alicejj8x I think your post relates to the original topic of this forum and some things we've discussed such as bleeding in early pregnancy, so don't feel bad for posting and I appreciate your sympathy - but a few of us have lost on here since this was started so please tread carefully or perhaps start a new feed if you're uncomfortable?

However, it's hard to advise on bleeding in ep now for me as mine meant I'd lost it. However others have had different experiences altogether and been fine. @Elizabeth2018 is right, I know it's the hardest thing in the world but you have to just wait and keep your emotions in check. Look after yourself x
