I'm 34w, I feel like a barrel and I just can't get comfortable. I do have a pregnancy pillow but I don't feel it helps in anyway an just makes it awkward. I always try to sleep on my left side but I just can't get comfortable. I'm also dealing with sciatica so movement is just killing me :(

Sleep however is comfy. If you are compressing anything you’ll wake up.

Go see an osteopath who specialises is women’s health. I had horrific sacroiliac pain still a year after birth - two trips to the osteopath (ouch!) later it was crunched I to submission.

Separate duvets!

I've given up on my pregnancy pillow. Instead I have one normal pillow behind my back and another under my bump and between my legs. Sometimes I sleep on the sofa because the back of it supports my back better and keeps me in the right position. I still have to change sides every 2 hours or so to stop getting sore but this makes it a bit more bearable.

Sitting up with a mass of pillows. Too much pain otherwise. I don't sleep for more than 2-3 hours in one go before getting up needing to pee though, so I have no worries about blood flow. Any sleep is better than none.

I sleep in the second bedroom on a memory foam matrass - it molds to the shape of my body and bump. I hated them before i got pregnant - I have slept like a baby over the last week!

I could only really sleep comfortably on my sofa , on my side with a cushion under my bump.

Nap lots if you can.

Sorry you're going through this op , it's really frustrating.
