I have an early scan tomorrow due to some pain and bleeding a few days ago.
The bleeding has stopped but I’m terrified there’s not going to be a heartbeat 
My boobs don’t ache as much and the bleeding was pink which I read can be a sign of a mmc. I feel nauseous but not enough to be sick and it comes and goes.
By my dates i’m 7 weeks on Friday. I was being sick non stop with DS by this point. I just want it to be morning already
