In grown hair.. Down there! What can I do

So the other day tried to 'prune' but as you're probably aware at 35 weeks it's damn near impossible lol.. Anyway lots of peculiar angles and done.
Today I felt a bit tender on labia, quite down low iyswim.. Between labia and knicker line.. Throughout the day its got so painful
But I can't see. Asked dp to look, charming lol. And he said it was an ingrown hair but was so red and swollen he couldn't see the culprit.
Now I've had the odd one in the past.. Which hot bath bit of a squeeze and sorted. But obvs can't have a hot bath.. Plus can't see to 'tend to it'.
Amy suggestions..its about an inch long and 1cm thick and a solid mass. Painful to sit etc.

Thank fuck your being seen. I’d pack a bag just in case you end up having to stay in.

They pierced with a needle and released some pressure. Still sore but don't hurt to walk now. Still hurts to sit but I'd imagine that will settle
Gave me some antibiotics so I'd still have spares as told her I'd taken the others.
Lots of warm baths and she said gentle squeeze when in Bath. And keep gauze there.
Said to dp the tearing I had from having DS hurt less lol.. Maybe I'm. Not so worried about tearing this time lol.

Wow looking forward to some sleep tonight as will be more comfortable lol

Glad it's getting sorted. I know being "tidy" makes you feel better but could I respectfully suggest that you leave it alone down there. No problem one is going to judge you and, if they do, their opinion isn't worth much.
