Due second baby in a few weeks - has anyone used the spritz for bits or can recommend another ‘cooling spray’ for the post birth burn?!!

I've just bought it but haven't used it yet - 36 weeks with my first atm. Interested to hear how others have found it! I figured anything that might help is probs worth a shot.

I know and I’m totally sold but it seems expensive if it doesn’t do anything! Have bought some arnica tablets too!

Also wondering if this is any good.
It keep popping up on my Facebook and I'm very tempted, but the price keeps putting me off.

I've been told water and antiseptic wipes work just as well :) Can't hurt but it is pretty pricey....

I've not used it. I used witch hazel on pads last time round and took a water bottle with me every time I went to the toilet to pour over to try and avoid the stinging! Witch hazel seemed to work ok so I might try that again.

Lavender oil and milk in water. Either in the bath or in a bowl of cold water, soak the pads, freeze, wrap in a cloth/ muslin and wear.

I had my baby on Thursday and I'm using this... it's really soothing and when I put it on my pads I feel much fresher. It is expensive though but finding it's worth it this week.
