I'm just writing a cathartic whine really! I carry my babies very compactly for the first seven months, then very low down large for the remaining time. Two weeks ago everyone I bumped into felt the need to comment on how small I was, now, everyone (strangers included) have the same inane desire to comment on my low and large bump. Class 'A' quote of the day was "When were you due, yesterday?" (Erm no, actually. Not for another month!). How on earth do people restrain themselves the rest of the time? They obviously can of course, as I can't remember anyone overtly commenting on my small breasts (and the fact that they too are now lower and larger than usual ).

Aaaaah, that's better .

pain in the arse, isn't it. Yesterday at a bus stop I had an old man telling me my baby would be born at 4am and it would be raining!

I'm also quite small and it bugs the life out of me when people say I need to put on weight or I'll fail to have enough breast milk - whaaaat? (I've got big D-cup whoppers now)

Have you ever had the courage to nark back at people? I've only done it once at a party and I was quite embarassed by the hush that went round the room (guy fondling my wee bump, so I told him pregnancy did not result in woman's body being public property so would he please stop touching me up). I'd love to be able to tell people to f*ck right off, they're being rude.

Sigh.........

Hi highlander, no I've gone with the flow ...so far! A good and proper effing session (hormone related of course ) could well be on the cards though!
Your comment about your breasts made me giggle though. A male friend asked in all sincerity if I'd have to supplement feed my DD when she was breastfeeding...coupled with a pointed glance at my smaller than average breasts! Though he's renowned for being a bit of a joker, I gave him the benefit of the doubt this time and answered pleasantly, just in case he really was trying to form a better understanding of breastfeeding .

Hmm, I got comments on my swelling breasts, which REALLY pissed me off!
