Implantation bleeding?

Just need some advice!

My last full period started on 22nd November for 6 days. I completely missed December (weird!). During this time I took multiple HPTs and all were BFN apart from one faint positive on a first response.

I put it out of mind and waited for January AF which is due tomorrow! However, I started bleeding on 13th, it was a normal regular AF flow and I had normal cramping. But now it’s stopped! I have some mild cramping but no bleeding.

Just to add I came off depo 10 months ago (:

Could I be pregnant?

Any advice would be great! x

All you can do is test again, it should show up by now if you are.
Implantation bleeding is usually light, more like spotting and only lasts a day or two, so if you had normal period flow I'd say it's more likely that it was a short period, maybe your hormones are still a bit messed up from depo.
Some people do bleed during pregnancy though and cramping is also normal so worth testing to see

Poas!

I’ve had 3 normal periods since I came off, all one after the other and from what I can tell, on time! It’d be so annoying if I was regressing back to a normal cycles Angry

Thanks for your reply x

Good luck for tomorrow. Implantation bleeding is usually much much lighter, usually just a few small spots or sometimes more. That said my friend had bleeding all throughout her pregnancy (which were like periods) and she also thought it was just a normal period... until she looked like she was hiding a beachball under her tshirt and we very kindly brought it up in conversation lol 🧐

Haha! Yeah it was strange and I’m still getting the cramps but they don’t feel like AF cramps (mine usually really hurt, 9/10 I have to tak Feminax!) it feels like stretching sensation, it’s weird!

Mine felt like cramp, it was usually worse if I moved and it would slowly go away and if I suddenly moved again... owch!

E1994G · 17/01/2018 12:35

I had that on Monday! It only lasted for a few minutes, but I was at work and every time I tried to get up from my desk I had to sit back down because the cramp wouldn’tet me move! Wasn’t nice ): How long did this last for you?

I can’t remember but I think it was about 2/3 days? It was our first month trying so we stayed in hotels in London so we could try properly, otherwise he’s only home once a week. And I think it lasted from about Monday to Wednesday or so. Thankfully don’t have to leave to do my work so I just ordered lots of room service and watched tv, occasionally went to the docks for a Starbucks!

Wow! Pregnant on the first try? We’re you in any birth control before that period?

I’ve managed to get pregnant first try every time (this is my third), I feel very lucky! but I’ve never been on birth control. Just condoms and usually pull-out method Blush which is of course not reccomended but done at a time when another one would have been welcomed, if not actively trying for. I’ll be going on birth control after this little person arrives no doubt, as this will likely be my last baby

We’re all of your babies planned? And how old were you with youyour first?

If I am pregnant it won’t be planned! That’s the scary part! However im 23 and my partner is almost 25 so we aren’t teenagers!

My first wasn’t! It was a HUGE shock! I was 19 and hadn’t even thought about children, I felt like a child myself! Lol. The thought had never crossed my brain. then 25 (planned) and now 30 (planned)

Wow! My mum had 3 under 5 at 22! We have the best relationship now because I’m 23 but she’s only 42! We’re like best friends! My only worry is living with my in laws. They foster 3 of their grandchildren (11,7 and 4). We do live in a 5 bed, 2 bath townhouse and me and my partner have pretty much a whole floor and our room is split into a bedroom and a living room it’s so bif! So space isn’t an issue, but I’m scared how it’ll affect everyone else, especially the other kids!
