Does anyone use the latest iCandy Peach?

Hi,

I’ve asked a question on the pushchair thread but not getting many responses so though it would be worth a try in here!

We’re thinking about getting an iCandy Peach for our first baby, we like the look and feel and fact it can be adapted into a double if we have two children close together.

My slight reservations are around weight (it is towards the heavier end of the spectrum) and size (how long could a toddler/child comfortably sit in this).

For anyone it’s the latest iCandy Peach, could you tell me how you find it weight and size wise.

Thanks!!

I have an icandy Peach and I've never struggled with the weight of it. It folds up in the middle and you pull it up with a strap so it's quite easy to pick up I think. Size wise my DS is 18 months and still very comfortable, I think he's got a good while in it yet.

I've been really pleased with it so far, it's been really easy to use and I've always though DS looks warm and cosy in it!

I bought the iCandy Peach last week. I've not had my baby yet but so many of my clients recommended it (I work with pregnant women!). I tried out a few prams before fully deciding and I found it the easiest to manoeuvre, plus its quite small compared to others like Silver Cross, but it seems very robust.

I have it - I have a 13 month old and am 4 months pregnant with DC2. We wanted two close together so bought the iCandy as you can fit the baby bassinet on the chassis as well as the toddler bit.

I've never found it too heavy. The only time I lift it is in/out of the boot and it's ok. Feels really sturdy, love it.

I have several twin friends who have one and they outgrew it really quickly - I can't imagine it being useful with a toddler and a baby, it's too small. If you want the flexibility of converting to a double later, the City Select, Joolz Geo, Bugaboo Donkey or even the Mothercare own brand one (which can't be used with twins, one has to be at least six months but is otherwise a good buggy).
