Baby bouncer tips

Hi all

I'm looking to get a baby bouncer to have downstairs to entertain the baby and maybe also for naps.

Could anyone advise what are the key things to look for? Baby due any day now so was thinking a head support and ability to tilt flat to make it safer for newborns. And a toy bar?

I don't want to spend a fortune so any recommendations welcome! Had been looking at the bebe comfi one.

Tia!

Babybjorn - you can get a second hand one if you don't want to spend loads, it's fully washable.

I bought a cheap one for about £15 in tesco.

Glad I didn't waste anymore money. DD hated the toy bar and vibrate mode.

I got the baby bjorn one after having a cheap mothercare one. Ds would pretty much only sleep in his bouncy chair during the day and when he was in the mothercare chair I had to watch him sleep but I think it's safe to let babies sleep in the baby bjorn... not cheap but I was desperate!

Thanks all! Yes was hoping it could be used for daytime naps hence the reclining position. We only have a carrycot other than the cot so thought would be a good downstairs sleep place.

Any thoughts on manual vs battery operated?
