Currently 38+2 and I can't eat pretty much anything without being sick, I've had some lower back pain and cramp however disappears when I go for a sleep
2 days ago it looked like I lost my mucus plug
Just wondering if this could be me getting ready for labour

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes, definitely your body “tuning up”. But it still could be a week or so - or tomorrow! Good luck.

This is a little off topic, I’m new to this website so I’m not sure where to write this, but I need some advice. I’m due my period on the 8th of every month it’s very regular, very heavy and usually lasts around 4-5 days. I had unprotected sex at the beginning of December and got my period as expected, but since then I’ve experienced a lot of pregnancy symptoms, cramps, back ache, nausea, fatigue and the constant feeling of being bloated, a few days before my period this month (January) I started spotting so I thought I’d come on early, but I stayed spotting for about 2 days, woke up one morning (sorry for tmi) but I bled SO heavy so I put a tampon in, took it out a few hours later and there was a small amount of brown blood and carried on spotting for another day? I’m hoping to be pregnant but I’m not sure and don’t want to take a pregnancy test because I don’t want to get my hopes up, any advice?

I've never really been through anything like that but you're probably worse off getting your hopes up on here rather than taking a pregnancy test as that's the only way you can really be sure
