Question about pain. Worried about past miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage and d&c in September at 14 weeks. Doctors had no idea what caused it but I was bleeding very heavily and passing clots for 2 weeks prior to that.
Bleeding seemed to get worse when I moved about more.
I’m not 6 weeks pregnant and when I’m active like walking around. Bending over. Doing anything that’s not just sitting there I get very milk pains on one side.
What could this be? I’m worried obviously cause I’ve had a miscarriage already and would hate for that to happen again.
I can’t be on total bedrest as have a very active 11 month old. But any time I get off the sofa and walk around I get mild pains.
Help!

Forgot to add I had a scan yesterday morning and everything was as it should be at this stage!
Heartbeat seen and baby in right position.

I wouldn't worry I get mild pain when I walk or do certain things like going toilet I get it I think you only have to worry if you start spotting the fact you have had a scan and everything is fine is very good try not to worry, I know it's hard I am nearly 5 weeks and I had an MC last month so I'm worrying about everything also so I know it's hard 🙂.

Sorry to hear of your previous loss. It's very nerve wracking when you fall pregnant again. I had loads of sort of low-level period type cramps and twinges between 5-9 weeks, and still occasionally get them at 15weeks! Unless you have bleeding or severe pains it's likely everything is OK right now, so try not to worry (easier said than done). You can always talk to your midwife or GP or EPU if you feel worried. Xx
