I have tried crackers, eating little and often, ginger tea and ginger biscuits.

Help me please

Go see your Gp - I battled on unsuccessfully for weeks and lost over 15% of my body weight. Literally struggling to keep anything down for days on end. Went to the doctor, was diagnosed with hyperemesis and given medication. Also, hop over to the hyperemesis support thread, lots of brilliant support there.

I’m sorry I don’t have any great advice but I do have lots of sympathy for you, I had constant (literally then entire 24hrs of every day) sickness up until 20 weeks and it felt never ending!
I found salty foods and lots of orange squash were all I could manage to help settle it a little. I know it doesn’t feel like it but it will pass and be so worth it in the end.

Thank you

Coffeeorginplease exactly the same for me, did you have a girl by any chance?

I had sever morning sickness and had a girl, she also gave me horrible heartburn and she came out with a lot of hair. Had bad morning sickness/feeling sick with a boy.

I have HG although I'm now 15 weeks over the last few days it has finally suddenly improved loads thank God, I was genuinely losing the will to live. At its worst I was hardly able to eat or drink anything, vomiting 15 times a day and put on a drip in hospital.

If you're struggling to keep food or drink down you need to see your GP asap. There are a few different anti-sickness medications they can give you. The hyperemesis support thread here in the Pregnancy forum is full of ladies who can provide you with some support as we all understand how awful it is too.

Try eating little amounts regularly rather than proper meals, dry foods, salty foods, bland foods, focus on liquid intake in particular, and rest as much as possible.
