Does anyone have any tips or advice around sleeping? Apart from being uncomfortable and having to get up to pee and the vivid dreams, I wake up and feel like i need to go for a run. I wouldn't say my legs are restless but more like the whole of me is restless and it takes an age to pass so I can get back to sleep. Im only 18 weeks.

No tips, but I’m also 18 weeks and I’m also experiencing everything you’ve written. You have my sympathies. Restless sleep sucks.

Eat a banana at tea time

Bananas, oats and peanut butter... Help sometimes...

39 weeks and not found much at all to help apart from turning my bed into a pillow fort and napping during the day / as and when.

Biggest help I’ve found (I’m 36 weeks now) is sleeping with a cushion between my knees Smile

I struggle to sleep too. I'm achy, itchy and need to pee every five minutes. Some nights I'm awake till 4am, and other nights I doze off but wake up repeatedly. The more you worry about it the worse you'll feel. I figure there's nothing I can do about it so I just go with it, if I can't sleep I just surf the internet until I feel sleepy.

I’m 18 weeks and have everything exactly the same! I’m fine during the day, my symptoms have pretty much disappeared apart from headaches and a bit of heartburn but I may as well give up on sleep
