Swollen feet - where can I find shoes to fit?

Just over 17 weeks, so a while to go yet and my feet, calves and especially ankles are so swollen the only thing that fits is my Ugg boots (which are old and should have fallen apart years ago!), my slippers and flip flops.

Does anyone have any ideas where I can get shoes or boots that are season appropriate and stand a chance of fitting? Would be much appreciated as I don't fancy flip flops in February

ah bless you, I can't help with the shoes as I was lucky to be able to wear flip flops but get yourself a brush for dry brushing and have someone brush your legs with it, it brings great relief.

I lived in crocs. They were the only things I could get on my feet.

I actually went to a funeral in bright blue Adidas shell toe trainers as nothing else would fit. I have stuck to uggs and pumps through both pregnancies, rocket dog pumps are really cheap on M&M direct, not massively suitable for the weather but some nice colours. What about Wellies (the shoe style) for wet, winter days?

Ok don't laugh but maybe have a look online at cosyfeet.com you'll have to scroll through some awful unfashionable old lady shoes but some are not too bad and they are really comfy.

Dandy what sort of brush am I looking for?

Bubbly I don't think it's the weather for crocs sadly.

Ideally I want ankle boots so I can wear with skirts and jeans and under trousers. But longer boots would also be welcome Something suitable for work and casual.

They're horrid but I have some winter crocs for taking the dog in the garden! Fleecy lined and no holes.

Memory foam sketchers... They have been my life saver. Helped with swelling and pain

I bought a pair of flats and a pair of fake UGG boots style from primark one size too big. They were fine for a couple of months.

purplek1tty · 22/12/2017 23:02

Fake Vans style slip on trainers (I found some in Tesco), and I also bought a pair of New Look wide fit ankle boots in a size up which have been great for all occasions and still fitting at 40+1 weeks Smile

I've been living in my doc martens - not cheap but being able to lace them loosely has been lovely.

DandySeaLioness · 23/12/2017 00:47

@Bluebellysmell This is the one I've got but there's lots to choose from on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hydrea-Professional-Beechwood-Bristles-Strength/dp/B006FIEIYK/ref=sr111ssit?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1513989902&sr=1-1&keywords=dry+brush

We always take it with us on holidays too as DP's feet swell up from the heat and brushing brings relief. Remember to always brush towards the heart.

Try Hotter. They do extra wide. Evans do extra wide as well m.evans.co.uk/en/evuk/category/shoes-250471/view-all-boots-2155732

I have these and I'm living in them.

oh yeah, im a size 10 (12 in steel toes) with wide fitting and only place i can get shoes is YOURS clothing or Evans.

Slip on shoes are good, nice and easy and breathable - keep a pair at work and home and just travel in trainers etc.

trust me i feel the pain!
