Can I have Greek yoghurt and honey?

I found out two days ago I am 3 weeks pregnant (yay!) I've been trying to eat and drink all the right things for the past two days because I'm terrified of miscarriage. I read online that Greek yoghurts really good for pregnancy and stuff but that honey is really bad for babies even during pregnancy? Now I'm scared to have it incase I have a miscarriage.

Clear Blue is since ovulation, but your pregnancy is dated from your last period. Do you know when that was? If so, count the weeks from the first day of your last period to today. This will likely change a little at your 12 week scan when they give you your official due date (I went forward by a week). So if you're 2-3 on clearblue, you'll be 4-5 weeks pregnant.

I was also petrified of miscarrying, but try to remember that you're more likely to end up with a healthy baby than to miscarry. Tommy's website is great for stats (if you like stats on this topic, some don't).

If you feel that the 12 week scan is a long way off (I did, seemed to take forever), you can pay to have a private one. I'd wait until at least 8 weeks though.

Congrats on your pregnancy.

The NHS will refer to you as 5 weeks pregnant based on that. That's what they will work off, so stick with that.
