Feeling crap at 22 weeks

Had a little morning sickness in beginning - felt hungover everyday and tired. I expected it though. Then it went and have been okay.

22 weeks now and feel rotten. Food is not digesting and can feel it sitting no matter how little I eat. Feel nauseous and am vomiting at night. Don't think it's a bug but related to pregnancy.

Anyone else get this please?

I have something similar to this. My evening meal sits at the top and usually within the hour it's back out again. No matter how small the meal it's pretty much every night

Midwife says it's nothing to be worried about. But it does feel shitty.

I tend to finish my night (post vomit), with a pint of milk on my bedside. It soothes the heartburn after I've thrown up but also seems to calm my stomach down before bed. And milk is pure goodness in pregnancy. Give it a try and see how u feel. Have a few sips.

Hi OP, sorry you're feeling so horrible. It sounds like it might be reflux - mine started around this stage and made by already bad sickness worse. I thoroughly recommend that you ask your GP for a good anti-acid medication - you'll probably find that Gaviscon etc doesn't touch it at all (make sure you say to the GP that you've tried it and it doesn't work). Omeprezole has been a total game changer for me and just stopped it in it's tracks (though they say it takes up to five days to work). There is also ranitidine to try if that doesn't work for you. Both safe to take in pregnancy. Honestly I found that from day one Omprezole just took the symptoms away, and if I ever forget to take it I certainly know it!
