Could be pregnant with 10 week old baby

Hi. DS is 10 weeks and I could be pregnant again now which would make me and my partner so happy as we would love two children close together in age. However, I am concerned about telling my family if I am. We haven't used protection since birth and it's only now I am showing signs I am panicking about how my family will take the news. Just need some advice and consoling tbh

Wow - congrats! Took me a good ten months to have sex after my twins were born, can't even imagine being pregnant with a 10 week old baby! Better start looking at double buggies ;)

Haha, snap sweetkitty

I liked the Mothercare one but you can't use it with twins as one seat is only suitable from 6 months - would be good for the OP though. Mountain Buggy Duet is great, if I could go back that's what I'd get!

Firstly, congratulations!
Many years ago I got pregnant with DD2 16 weeks after the birth of DS. We were delighted and both our families congratulated us. Just as they should. I’m sure their true feeling were “they must be mad” but our joy stopped them from saying so at the time.
The first year was hard but it was lovely that they had each other for company compared to DD1 who was an only child for five years.

There is a year between my younger brother and I.

And 11 months between my OH and his younger brother. And we both grew up as 3 unders 4's (although his mum then added anorher two later on Grin)

We both grew up with best friends as siblings and had a big friend groups because of it.

Congratulations OP. I like the idea of babies close together. Both our mums are very similar in that they both said its great to sacrifice your home and body to babies for a few years because then they all roughly go to school in same the 5year gap and you get some of " you" back and possibly back to work (Depends how many you have).

Hope that makes sense- 0400 and puking here Sad
