stuff strangers say to you while pregnant

Hi guys
Thought it would be quite funny to share some of funniest weirdest or random things strangers have said to us while pregnant :)
So me first
While pregnant with my first I was stopped by a couple of people spreading the word of God and they stopped me to let me know it is not too late for me and my baby to save our selves from my obvious sins (no wedding ring) so ten minutes later me being me said oh thankyou and took the leaflets ...
(No offence meant to anyone)

A lady turned around

The local drinker - while I was 8 months, obviously, pregnant - looked at me with my basket full of crap stuff I was craving in Tesco and said ''you're a bit of a foodie aren't you?''

It you can't get away with being a bit fat when heavily pregnant when can you

At a conference this week (34 weeks preg) - after a buffet lunch, mince pies were put out on the tables during the afternoon session. Small ones, I might add.

I started to eat one - ONE! - and the facilitator said in front of the entire room: 'You carry on, MegRam, we can all see you've been eating for two!'

I get "your still fitting into that jacket" Atleast once a week on the school run

I hate being asked if my baby was planned.

On what planet is it ok to ask that?

Also - in hospital, roughly 34 weeks pregnant (I had pre eclampsia) - getting my blood pressure taken by nurse and my weight.

Nurse asks me if I'm pregnant already! I said I'm 34 weeks pregnant. She says 'I thought you were just fat'

I’m 14 weeks and my mum asked me if I have been watching what I’m eating and told me to watch out I don’t get too fat and that I’d get terrible stretch marks if I keep putting weight on so quickly.

• currently size 10 with a tiny bump!

• currently not speaking to my mum!

Thought ide jump on this as last night I posted what I thought was a lovely bump picture (24 weeks) to facebook and just seen a comment from MIL saying "god are you sure its not triplets!!???? And i thought I was big when I was pregnant !!"
I mean she could have gone for twins but no straight to triplets!
