I've downloaded an app of foods does and don'ts.
I had oregano into my pasta to cool yesterday I've checked now and it says increases of mc

I really want to eat a grilled smoked bacon sandwich on brown bread for breakfast and I've checked it says dangerous

Everything I want is giving me red flag wtf surely I'm ok to eat bacon if it's piping hot and cooked properly

Bacon??? I've ate bacon throughout this pregnancy and I did with my first and had no issues. I'm heading home now to make a bacon roll!

It does say oregano tea not actually eating oregano. Herbal teas are stronger than actually eating a small amount and you do have to be careful of some of them during pregnancy.

Understanding why stuff shouldn't be consumed is good too. that way you can make your own choices and weigh up the risks

I have bacon most days! Omnomnom. Never heard of it being dangerous

The oregano seems to be about making a tea with it rather than adding a little dried or fresh herb to food. I would bin the app though as I've just told the diabetic nurse that I need a bacon roll every morning to keep hyperemesis in check and she wasn't the least phased.

Oregano?!? Nonsense!

Yes to NHS info, also this is good if you like having a book to hand:
