Hi everyone,
I need some help, I have a workout twice a week with a personal trainer it is a group session so me the trainer and my MIL. I’ve just found out I’m pregnant and although I still want to continue going to keep healthy I want to let my trainer know so that I don’t do anything too strenuous etc. I can’t tell her yet as I don’t even know how many weeks I am and I can’t risk telling MIL as me and my partner want to keep it between ourselves this early on. Should I cancel and what excuse can I use? I really don’t know what to do as I don’t want to let her down but I need to do what’s best!
