Just for the record, I'm not going to get but fuck I'd love to just get a bit drunk tonight. Finished a run of shift work, had a shitty day and would love to just work my way through a few drinks.

Talking about missing a drink is almost as taboo as actually drinking in pregnancy so I can't say it in real life! It's so hard watching dh enjoying a few drinks and all I've got is a hot bath and some co codamol to look forward to Grin.

Anyone else missing it or has pregnancy turned you all into earth mamas?!

I totally agree - and no I don't have a problem!!

I love a glass of red wine, especially with a lovely meal or a nice prosecco on a Friday. I would also love some pate on toast - been craving it, but I don't have a problem with pate.

Agree Becks Blue is good as is alcohol free Kopperberg (maybe spelt wrong). In my first pregnancy I found the non alcoholic wines are a bit horrid.

I always really enjoyed a drink before pregnancy and must admit I wasn't looking forward to giving up.

I'm only 16w 6d, but so far, funnily enough I have really enjoyed not drinking and I haven't missed it at all.

What am I missing though is my medium rare steak. Well done steak just is not the same!!
Oh well, 5-6 months time and I can tuck into a juicy medium rare steak again.

I really missed alcohol at times during pregnancy, found it hard this time round.

Baby is 5 weeks old and it’s the last thing on my mind. Couldn’t finish 1 glass of wine and felt sick all night. Hopefully that feeling goes ha!!

Oh it's you....

I really hope you're a troll and if you're actually real, I hope that someone takes your children away
