Just wondering if others could share their experiences please Smile

Baby currently Breech and has been since 28 weeks as far as we know (last scan was then)

Did your Breech babies turn?

I’m really not keen on ECV if it comes to it but I was really hoping for a natural birth Sad

Thank you

Hope your baby turns!
Mine was breech and then waters broke at 36 weeks (no eco possible). i just wanted to reassure. The c-section was fine. The needle in the back is easier than the dentist. Meeting baby free of pain was nice too. Hospital staff were amazing. Skin to skin and quiet timr together as quickly as possible. It's not natural labour but f**k it. GOOD LUCK!

Mine was - did all the exercises on spinning babies and had a moxibustion reflexology session booked but he turned just in time.

We didn't know dd was breech until
I was in the pool about to push, 'oh that looks like a bum' says the midwife, ambulance on standby to take me over to main hospital but managed to push her out myself after having to clamber out the pool and kneel on the couch. Luckily was out fairly quickly and all was ok

Mine is currently breech at 33 weeks. Consultant said to me a couple of days ago that only 5% of babies are breech at birth, but if it's breech at 28 weeks, 20% of those will be breech at term.
I don't know if that's helpful or not!

Thank you all! I’m trying not to stress - as long as she gets here safely that’s all that matters!

Been trying a few exercises anyway... fingers crossed for a spinning baby! WinkGrin

Will update after my 36w appt. Smile

Currently 34+3 with DS2 and he just won’t stay in any position for longer than a few days... he’s been breech, transverse, head down and then all of the above all over again! Midwife said she wouldn’t be concerned for another couple of weeks though... lots of cleaning on all fours for me to try and get him down that way and stay there!
