Which Pregnacare?

Hi ladies, I rang the midwife today to arrange my booking in appointment. I told her I was already taking folic acid but she's recommended changing to Pregnacare as it has other things in it which will help along with the folic acid.
I've had a look but there's so many different types... original.. max... plus omega 3.
Which ones the best to take? I can make any sense out of it but that could be because of how tired I am!

I use pregnacare max, I suffered from a lot of sickness well into my 2nd trimester but didn't switch tablets

I’m taking pregnecare max, it wasn’t recommend by my midwife, but when she asked what I was taking she said “great! That’s a good one”
I don’t think it has made me feel any more sick than I normally would be feeling, it does make my pee bright yellow though!

I'm not really one for vitamins (or drugs generally), however I am currently using Pregnacare Original because at the start of this coronavirus stuff we found it incredibly difficult to find any fruit or veg so I was really concerned about my baby getting enough vitamins.

And at my last appointment, my midwife said I should also consider a separate vitamin D supplement as I'm stuck indoors with lockdown, but I have a history of very low vitamin D so that may not be relevant to everyone.

Before 'all of this', I was using just an own-brand 400ug folic acid with 10ug vitamin D, because I was confident my diet had enough vitamins and minerals for baby. Ultimately it's up to you, but just make sure whatever you get is prenatal-specific, as there are certain things you should avoid (like vitamin A, which someone has already mentioned).

I've used Pregnacare Plus Omega-3 the whole way through which have been brilliant - they gave me really good iron levels which I'm sure I haven't been getting particularly through eating greens or red meat so I'm sure it's them. Though oddly when we were TTC I couldn't take the Pregnacare conception ones they made me feel sick and constipated - so I took the Seven Seas ones, they were great

I use the asda brand pregnancy tablets as they are cheaper and when i compared them had extremely similar amounts of vitamins etc in but were cheaper.
If you check, there is very little difference between the 2.
