Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

At a certain point it will trigger your maternity leave, it's normally not until later on though... think my contract says 34 weeks.

BritInUS1 · 03/10/2017 09:30

What does your contract say about sick pay and maternity? x

thingymaboob · 03/10/2017 09:30

It'll specify all of this in your employment contract

anximum · 03/10/2017 09:32

You need to contact the hr department to find out what you’re eligible for. You may be put onto SSP (stay sick pay)?

lokelani · 03/10/2017 09:47

^ Stat sick pay

ememem84 · 03/10/2017 09:50

No contract of employment? Nothing setting out hours of work/pay etc? Speak to your hr dept if you have one.

dementedpixie · 03/10/2017 09:52

Does your employer offer company sick pay or do you just get statutory sick pay? The only thing to remember is that sick leave/ pay will affect your maternity pay as it's based on the 2 months pay leading up to the 25th week of pregnancy.

anximum · 03/10/2017 09:52

oh ok i will check with thwm and see
thanks girls x

Although if you've just started work with them then you wouldn't get maternity pay anyway

anximum · 03/10/2017 12:05

i am not bothered about the pay as long as i have the job as im more concerned abt the job than the pay
