Worried - decreasing nausea

I'm pregnant, about 5 weeks, I've had morning sickness (all day) for the past 8-9 days, over the last couple of days it's far less noticeable.

First signs of my previous miscarriage ( ×3, I've not managed a successful pregnancy yet) have been the lessening of symptoms such as nausea and sore breasts.

Can anyone of you offer reassurance that it's normal for symptoms to disappear, or should I be expecting the inevitable again?

Sorry about your previous losses. Flowers
Try not to worry! Easier said than done I know! I had symptoms that would come and go, then by 8/9 weeks it all came in full force!
Currently 27 weeks and still feel shit!
Congratulations!

Sorry for your losses Flowers. I've been in the same boat as I've had two mc - This time I certainly seemed sicker between weeks 4-5 and then it seemed to settle and aversions were more the thing. However they've changed daily! Last week it was all about the breast pain. As I near 8 weeks I think I'm feeling a tad sicker again. I understand how anxious you must feel though. Things could change in a week or two; it doesn't necessarily mean anything yet. I'm taking the no period as my biggest symptom!

Since posting period like cramps have started along with brown/ pink discharge so I'm just expecting the inevitable now.
I feel like I don't deserve to be a mum 😢

Oh zaalitje I'm sorry, of course you deserve to be a mum. It takes some women so many attempts, we never hear about how easily women mc. You certainly should ask to be referred to a repeat miscarriage clinic Flowers

zaalitje · 01/10/2017 16:59

Been to the recurring miscarriage clinic too, they've done blood tests, nothing showed up so I've been discharged. If I manage to get to 7 weeks they will scan every other week but apart from that there's nothing they'll do.

I really hope that this pregnancy works out for you.

I had 4 early mcs last year and the recurrent mc clinic couldn't find anything but did say if I fell pregnant again I should take progesterone. I found out I was pregnant in Jan and the EPU gave me a prescription. The pregnancy was successful.

Could you request progesterone?

zaalitje · 01/10/2017 17:20

Sorry if this is a drip feed, this is a DE pregnancy, it's already progesterone supported.

I don't know if we can afford to go through the whole assisted conception process again

I'm sorry you are going through this.i don't have any experience other than one miscarriage: I know how painful it can be. Flowers

I'm so sorry Zaa. I'm sure you've done buckets of research but have you tried any of the info in the book called 'it starts with the egg?' I very much hope that your time comes very quickly and you get a sticky bean Flowers
