Any one else feeling the same?? 38 weeks tomorrow and I can't cope with another 2 weeks I feel like crap! Iv developed sciatica so struggling to move or put pressure on my left side. I'm ginormous literally like a big ball I can't even turn over in bed without oh pushing me over and going to the toilet is like the biggest chore in the world.... it's all dragging so slowly!!!

Let's all moan together Sad

Yeah you will have to wait then till your further along there very funny about when to give them..i just phoned my local midwives number and was like I need a sweep and she set me up for an appointment in my local area not even at my usual place

Oh I'm sorry mummabubs, you must be feeling really fed up. Your pregnancy sounds similar to mine. I explained all this to mine and they were keen to help out. I haven't seen the same midwife twice throughout the pregnancy. I was told that our local policy is 40 weeks but that it's down to individual midwife's discretion. It hasn't done anything though, other than get my hopes up for nothing to happen!

I'm sorry your all having a rough Time too but nice to know I'm not alone! Hope it's not long for all of us.

Anyone else had a trapped nerve as the baby has dropped and engaged?

Dede I don't know if mines engaged as apparently they can move in and out after first but I keep getting inner upper thigh cramps that stop me walking

GlitterSparkles17 · 29/09/2017 19:14

Omg my discomfort has reached all new levels today I could cry! Period type pains that never amount to anything, my plugs been coming away slowly, backs killing, walking like a cripple! Had enough now.

How is everyone? Any babies yet??
I'm symptom spotting constantly for labour signs 😩

No signs or pains here.

I am extremely irritated, agitated and a total monster to be around today right enough.

Going to enjoy my last day of peace tomorrow while husband and kids are at work and school and hopefully get an early night for induction Tuesday morning.

Hopefully by Friday this will be over with 😏

mummabubs · 01/10/2017 20:09

Bless you glitter, sounds like me last night (which also didn't amount to anything other than a night of severe discomfort/ self-pity). My cold thing has ramped up a gear so I'm very bunged up, can't breathe and have no voice (literally sound like Marge Simpson being strangled). If poor baby does come now there's no way they'll recognise my voice as their mother!! 😂 So on the plus weirdly feeling utterly crap has helped me feel better about not being in labour right now, maybe in a few days I'll feel differently though!!

dede124 · 01/10/2017 21:38

Aw bless you both. I can't stop crying tonight I'm an emotional mess got all sorts going through my head. Could that be a sign of early labour Hmm. Good luck @asongforthelovers will be thinking of you. Hope you get a nice relaxing day to yourself X

I had the same feelings. It was like to find some or other way to get out baby before time. I couldn't sleep at nights due to the baby movement. It was so fast in last week. Every night I thought she will come next morning. There was nothing in the morning and at the night same story. I was so much fed up of all this. Finally in 39 +6 week, I gave birth to my child. It was really relaxing moments for me. The last week wait is very difficult. Every day you hope for the baby to come out. But it never happens. Suddenly you got it in surprising moments. Best luck for your journey.
