No period, negative tests

Firstly I am aware I will need to go to a doctor if this doesn't resolve asap.
I have not had a period for nearly 2 months, have had 3 negative tests spanning over the last few weeks.
I have very sensitive boobs, random waves of mild nausea and I'm permanently boiling at night!
I would be convinced these symptoms are in my head if it wasn't for the lack of period! I am going to leave it another week or so and test again and still if negative go to the gp but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar

I'd go to the doctors. If you really think you're pregnant and want to make doubly sure, you could book a private ultrasound scan? They're about £60 where I live (not cheap, but might give you peace of mind).

Hi OP,

We've moved this over now.

I actually hate telling this story as I feel it often gives false hope but a friend of mine had nothing but negative pregnancy tests. She went through numerous tests and finally was offered an ultrasound (they weren't looking for a baby but rather for growths)

She was 5 months pregnant 😳 so yes a private scan may help if there is a high possibility of being pregnant

If your period are normally regular then I'd just go to the GP now. No point in waiting.

Oh lord I've been feeling the same and I'm 25Sad

starlightmagic · 26/09/2017 16:33

I've been holding off the gp visit as I'm petrified of needles :( better get it over and done with!

They don't test with needles. They just use the same big standard tests you can buy. The cheapie Ines are often more sensitive. Go to the GP, they will help.
