Hi all,

Would appreciate some feedback/advice.

First baby due end of Jan, so currently weighing up what we do/don't need.

I would like "something" in the lounge for baby to sleep in.

I have always wanted a simple swinging crib, over DH feels a Moses Basket which can be more mobile would be better - when visiting people etc.

Keen to hear your thoughts? Xx

Moses basket won't last for more than a few weeks. We used the carry cot bit of the pram for downstairs sleeping and then the reclined bit of the buggy when they got too big for it. Had a crib then a cot upstairs

I got a free baby box for DS to sleep in downstairs and moses for upstairs Smile

Dd slept in her pram downstairs. Moses basket's are a waste of money they grow out of them so quickly

I second pram. Can be gently moved if you want to be in another area of house or if noise, light or visitors are threatening the nap etc.

I would get dd ready in the morning and put her out in the garden she slept for hoursGrin.

I had a Moses basket downstairs and a swinging crib for our bedroom (both second hand) if u buy second hand don't forget to buy new mattresses x

I had a sleepyhead that I just put on the rug. We don't have pets or anything so that may not work for all.
