Eating little and often here seems to be helping a bit... But I feel your pain, and it should be called "all day" sickness rather than morning sickness Angry

I was sick for 37 weeks with both kids - i just tried to only eat food that was alright to throw up. So rice and stuff like that was out the window.

If your feeling extra crap I eat like flapjacks, breakfast biscuits and sip water (or lucozade to keep you going)

Hope it passes soon for you!

I'm 38 weeks and still throwing up - one of the unlucky ones with HG.

Just try to be kind to yourself and accept all offers of help.

Im going to my family are being amazing with supporting me. I know the basics of raising a baby but they are helping me with what i need to take such as pregnacare what to eat and what to avoid etc

If I ate too much it was worse, so little and often. Little sips of water, couldn't really drink much else! That's what has sort of worked for me!

Pregnacare contributed to my sickness. I switched to taking just folic acid and Vit D

Crisps. Spew then more crisps

Eat little and often, be sure to take plenty of fluids and don't be afraid to go to the doctor's if you feel you are not coping with it. Some morning sickness is normal but some people get hyperemesis and need treatment.

Also I've heard others complain that pregnacare has made nausea and sickness worse. I could never manage it. I've been taking a smaller vitamin that the midwives supplied. The main thing is to make sure whatever you take has folic acid and vitamin d and is safe for pregnancy.

Vitamin B6 - saved my life! Travel sickness wrist bands. NEVER get hungry!
