Hating being pregnant :(

Am in my first trimester and this is my first pregnancy and I am hating it! On the day my period was due I immediately felt dizzy, fatigued and not myself. Am so exhausted and nauseous and emotional. I know this is normal but I am hating every second and just don't feel like me. Is anyone else feeling like this?

Did anyone regress around 20 weeks?
Im 20 weeks now and the last few weeks i was feeling pretty good. Bit suddenly last week i startes feeling shit again. Bit nauseous and constantly extremely tired.

Sorry to read so many others are feeling unwell but I'm also glad I'm not alone!

I'm almost 7 weeks and feeling awful. Constant nausea, occasional retching and feeling faint if I stand up for more than 5 minutes or so. I can't explain how exhausted I am yet I'm so restless in the night and am usually waking up around 5am, feeling sick as soon as I open my eyes.

Can I ask you all when you told your employer that you were pregnant? It's virtually impossible to hide feeling so rubbish.

God I hated the 1st!! Feeling so tired and rough and having no energy when normally I'm so active. Add to that the fact that (if you've decided not to tell anyone until later on) you have to act 'normal' so people don't guess. I felt terribly low and depressed (hormones) and even had a feeling that I'd ruined our lives and wishing we hadn't decided to start a family. Awful times.

I'm 32 weeks now and beyond happy and excited to meet our little one. As soon as I was in the 2nd I felt immediately back to myself and the pregnancy was an utter breeze! Starting to get uncomfortable now but nothing too major. Hang on - it will get much better and easier. I will even say now that I have enjoyed my pregnancy and I love having a bump!

First trimester is really like boring. For me, nausea was the greatest problem. First three months, I went through morning sickness. Even I couldn't drink water in morning. After wakeup, I couldn't take any thing for almost 2-3 hours. It was so annoying for me. Some times little cramps with nausea. Not even done walk. But the nights were peaceful. I didn't face any problem during nights. Just wait for it to pass. You have to face it. After this time, you will feel lovely when baby start to move. It will make you crazy. 8th month is most craziest. Can't wait to come baby out.

I echo what everyone has said. This is my 3rd child and hopefully the last! There is no way i am going through this awful nausea, reflux and constantly thinking i am going to be sick! Im in hospital yet again and im sooo enjoying that too (not!). I cant wait to give birth...either that or a bullet to the head. I have had ENOUGH.

I am almost 35 weeks with my first baby, the first trimester was definitely the worst for me, it gets better and easier, just hang in there.

@Bluebirdsky You'd think i'd be used to it but the perils of the first trimester with each child just seems to get worse 100 fold. Hopefully ill be in a better position and look back with relief when im 35 weeks like you.
