Hi ladies, this is my second pregnancy, My lb was born at 40+2 weighing 7lb3oz. However I have felt and looked a lot smaller this time. At my 28 week appt midwife plotted baby at 90th centile, and then at 34 weeks (last wednesday) she plotted at 10th centile (measuring 3 weeks behind). She sent me to hospital to be scanned and low and behold baby is measuring below 10th centile and approx 3lb9oz in weight. I've got another scan this week and then next week too. I've been told if not much has changed they will make a plan. Anyone been in a similar situation and know what they mean by plan. It's hard not to worry when you are this close. Thank you

I measured 2-3 weeks behind from 20w or so in last 2 pregnancies. MW never concerned or sent me for a scan. Both babies over 10lbs!

This time i measured bang on until 24w, now again 2w behind at 28 with no mw concern

Just been through this, it all evened out by 2nd scan and really isn't unusual. Depends how the baby is laying, who measures you, any growth 'spurts' the list goes on! I still measure a week or so behind by fundal height but baby gaining weight no problems. Any further plans depend on what they think the main problem is so its difficult to say but im sure everything will even out xx

Thanks sib09. I'm hoping to get another couple of weeks in really. All seems fine with Doppler and blood flow etc so hoping that stays the same xx
