Foreign food poisoning paranoia?

Hi all, just after a bit of advice?
Currently am 26 weeks pregnant with DS1 and on day 2 of a week's holiday in the Algarve (before bubba arrives and we can never leave the house again!).
Went out for a meal last night- I had monkfish and cooked prawns after checking on nhs website they were safe.

(Sorry if t.m.i from now on- don't read if you're squeamish).
Anyway somehow ended up with horrible and uncontrollable gut- wrenching sickness / bile / stomach lining (sorry!) and horrid dihorrea from midnight to about 4.30am. Basically once the poison was out of my system I stopped throwing up etc.
All day today I've rested and drunk pints and pints and pints of liquid, rehydration salts and had a bit of bland food which I've kept down fine and I'm feeling much better (just a little weak and tired).
My baby has been wriggling about like crazy (as he usually does- normal pattern of movement all day). I phoned my midwife at home who said I was in the best position to judge but that "a moving baby is a happy baby".
If I was at home I wouldn't be worried / wouldn't go to maternity triage etc/ wouldn't even phone my g.p but I think because I'm abroad my common sense is being skewed. I really don't want to sit in a foreign hospital for hours with nothing wrong but this baby is so longed-for and is my first pregnancy I would never forgive myself if I took an unnecessary risk.
Any advice gratefully received!
Thanks for reading...

Even just writing this down made me relax a little... reading it as 'someone else's' post on MN had made me think what I would reply and realise that it's fine!
Ahhh the anonymity of the internet...

I wouldn't worry too much if you can feel movements.

For the rest of the holiday just be mindful about what you eat and drink lots of water x

I had really bad food poisoning whilst pregnant abroad with DD (Morocco!). She turned out 100% fine, and is a very healthy 9 year old now! I would probably avoid fish for the rest of the trip, and rest up exactly as you are. What bad luck though, hope it doesn't spoil the rest of the trip for you!
