DC1 due in 4 weeks..... bit worries as have had a small amount of colostrum this eve produced...... should I be worried? Is it a sign of imminent labour?!

I've had leaky boobs since 20 weeks, think it's normal, now 39 weeks and still leaking - I wish it did mean labour was imminent! Xx

Phew- Thankyou 😀 was worried as had a surprise baby shower this afternoon & there's a small part of me that thinks that baby's going to go "right, time to make an appearance" !!
🤣 Xxx

My boobs leaked from about 22 weeks onwards! :) and I had a massive supply of milk so don't worry :) xx

Duh, baby brain didn't read your post right..I went 4 days before my due date so I wouldn't worry :)

I started collecting at 36 weeks and had ds at 40+5. I wouldn't be packing that bag just yet.

Been leaking for weeks here. Feel like a dairy cow. It's worse at night - my boobs seem to think the baby needs a 3am feed, haha! Breast pads help catch the leakage.

No sign of baby coming early tho so don't worry. Xx

I'm 24 weeks and am very leaky. It's worse in the night when my toddler cries and I have to go and settle her.

I think I started producing about 30weeks. I noticed some creamy stuff around one of my nipples so I gave it a bit of a squeeze and nearly shrieked when actual stuff came out!

My son arrived at 40+5 so I'd not worry Smile

Had colostrum from 20weeks with dS1 last time and delivered at 41+3. Have colostrum this time since 16weeks... start collecting it and freeze it 👍

You can buy sterile (needleless) syringes of eBay etc or your midwife might give you a handful. Collect it and freeze it!
