Girls help!!!
I've had the contraceptive implant for about 9 weeks, my breasts started leaking so I took a pregnancy test BFP! I've had a few positive tests. I was completely protected before and 10 after it was fitted. I'm very scared. I've 2 babies under 1 the youngest is only 4 months now. 😅
Thank you for any replies xx

That's a positive result but can't you get them up to several months post-partum? I'm sure the leaflet tells you just how long so I'd take a look...

Your best bet is to make an appointment with your gp or a Marie stopes clinic to discuss your options.

Not that it matters but I'm confused by your children's ages-how can you have a four month old and another one under one?

The doctor does a pregnancy test before fitting the nexplanon and it was negative xx

If you've had a recent test that's negative I'd make a GP appointment asap, as that's a bfp in that photo. Good luck.

I am so scared, my 3 have all been c sections and I was told if I had another it would be unlikely I'd survive. I've also had 4 miscarriages x

Then you definitely and urgently need a docs appt to consider your options. I imagine you're considered at high risk of uterine rupture? That can definitely be fatal. I don't envy your position.

I would self-refer back to the medical team you were under for your last pregnancy ASAP if you can. I imagine you need an expert opinion on the risk to you as fast as humanly possible. If the risk is that high, though, I'm surprised they didn't encourage you or your partner in the direction of sterilisation? Was it mentioned?

I'm trying to get an appointment today. My partner asked for a vasectomy and they refused incase we break up? So stupid 🙄
