Shall I get my DP to come home?!

My partner is working an hours drive away. I think my waters went at 10 30 this morning. Although I'm not sure if I just weed.
I've had a bit of blood.
My contractions started about 2 hours ago and are about 5 mins apart and have been since they started.
I don't want to get him home if this is going to stop.
Would you call him and tell him to come home?
First baby. I'm a bit clueless! I'm 37+5. Is this the real deal?

Thank you all. I can't quite get my head around the fact I have a son and he is asleep next to me.
Yeah partner made it home in plenty of time. I was coping quite well at the beginning. All went downhill though! May have tempted fate as when the contractions got bad I was screaming that I'd pay for a c sec and just to cut it out. Well and epidural and 20 hours later that's precisely what I got!!
