Does a "popped" belly button mean diastasis recti?

My extremely "innie" button has popped, well half popped, it's like up on one side so it's defiantly on it's way.

I read somewhere that a popped button means diastasis recti... But I think it might have been bogus information and I can't find it again.

So does a "popped" belly button mean diastasis?

Just means you muscles have separated.

I tested tonight and my dome is definately pointed under my belly button 😑 I'm completely gutted, it's about 3 finger widths but not that deep so hard to tell really...
