Hi, I've googled this tons and I'm sure there are threads here too but I was wondering what you packed or are packing in your hospital bag? Ive packed and repacked and feel like I'm going a bit ott. I have babies things but it's more what should I pack for myself?

Hello, this thread is a little old; for up-to-date recommendations, take a look at our hospital bag checklist.

I bought mints and peppermint cordial whilst I was shopping for my hospital bag stuff yesterday. Now to start the manic packing. Been told to do 2 bags. One for me and one for the twins.

As far as bags go, I just put everything into one of those woven Tesco shopping bags.
I'd also second the poster upthread who said a cup with a straw or bunch of cheap straws. I ended up on my back and being monitored, and struggled to drink, even though I was horrendously thirsty. I was desperate for a straw!

I've just come out and can concur about the knickers. I took two pairs only, I don't know why! Really I wanted 7. Agree about own pillows as well, comforting and comfier.

I've got a cabin bag for mine and taking the changing bag for the baby stuff. I feel abit mental taking so much stuff! Confused

That was meant to be a confused face not a bottle of gin! As much as I would like to take a bottle of gin with me! Lol
