Hi, just wondering if anyone has one of these. I think they must be relatively new as I can't find any reviews on line. I saw it in Mothercare last week and much prefer it to the other options plus you can adjust the height to make it higher at one end incase of colic.

I'm a ftm due in November so would appreciate your feedback. Thanks

Brighton had one in store at the weekend in charcoal if that's any help..

mummabubs · 22/08/2017 09:15

I believe any in stores are display models only Lixon as when I asked in two different stores (which both had a charcoal display model out) I was told that none are actively holding any stock if that makes sense so all have to be ordered in either through the store or online. I've emailed them asking why there's been a delay and will they give me a guaranteed delivery date given that some are invisibly finding their way out of the warehouse somehow! I remember right at the start of this thread there were people saying that pre-orders weren't being fulfilled while newer orders were, maybe that's happening again...?

mummabubs · 22/08/2017 09:15

Ha obviously... not invisibly, although maybe that explains why they can't find any stock! 😂🙈

blondielocks29 · 22/08/2017 21:14

Mine got delivered today (not home this evening to check it) but according to hubby it's here.

I can't believe that mothercare aren't fulfilling older orders before newer ones....it's ridiculous!

hmyh23 · 22/08/2017 21:19

Hi, I really like these too! Will you take it downstairs during the day for the baby to nap or will you have a separate Moses basket? Sorry if that's a stupid question, first timer here and generally a bit clueless. Grin

mrsbumblebees · 22/08/2017 21:19

I complained to them as exactly the same happened to me (saw on here that new orders had been fulfilled before my pre-order) - unfortunately they had no explanation or apology and it still took me a couple more weeks to get hold of one after placing a new order! So frustrating!

mrsbumblebees · 22/08/2017 21:23

hmyh23 I think I will use the carrycot from my travel system downstairs in the day (rather than moses basket) as a bit smaller/easier to move than the Cozee, but I do plan on taking it with us when we go away to visit family etc... Just too lazy to fold it and carry it up/downstairs on a regular basis!

hmyh23 · 22/08/2017 21:56

Yeah I really like the look of it and thought it would be good to use that for both downstairs napping and upstairs. Don't want my entire house over run with baby stuff but it seems pretty inevitable!

mummabubs · 22/08/2017 22:36

Sadly that's exactly the experience I'm having @mrsbumblebees. Got an email reply, no explanation or apology and they've ignored my follow up email as they said they're expecting stock to come in on 24th... so I've asked as they anticipate stock coming in then why has my order been delayed by a further 2 weeks minimum? Really shocked by their customer service (or lack thereof!)

mrsbumblebees · 23/08/2017 17:43

Have you tried complaining on their Facebook page mummabubs? I complained on there yesterday because the moody teenage shop assistants were very unhelpful when I went to collect my travel system (offered me no help getting the heavy boxes to the car) and I got a much better, quicker response than when I complained about the crib via email! Might be worth a shot?

mummabubs · 23/08/2017 19:57

Maybe, I have had another email... which whilst it's technically no more helpful they have apologised and say my experience isn't representative of the typical Mothercare ordering experience... tempted to direct them to this thread! They said in that email I may now get it on 29th, but they've emphasised that this is only an estimate and they can't give any solid date. Hmm Offering me some money off or a voucher would have been nice but I get the sense this is as good as I'll get from them...

FirstTimeMummy89 · 25/08/2017 13:58

Hi if you are having difficulty with mothercare you could try ordering direct from Tutti. I never did this but it's another option! I've been using mine for a month now and love it!! I haven't attached it to the bed I don't feel the need as it is very sturd and not going anywhere, this means the side goes up and down quite easily. We are currently packing it away to take it with us for the weekend, this is a great feature as it saves buying a travel cot! I love the look of it, I wasn't crazy about the other cribs that the sides come down and this one seems much bigger! If anyone has any questions I'll happily answer them if I can. Congrats to everyone expecting it's an exciting time!!

mummabubs · 25/08/2017 16:38

That is a good idea @FirstTimeMummy89, although when you click the buy link on the Tutti website it just takes you straight to Mothercare- I did try to order directly from them to avoid the situation I'm in! 🙈 Mothercare are blaming Tutti for the delay, although I'd still say MC's complete lack of communication is still their responsibility!

mummabubs · 25/08/2017 16:41

Also really glad to hear you're loving the product, that's why I'm so desperate to get it before little one arrives as if they can't fulfil the order in time we will need to get an alternative but I genuinely think the Cozee would best meet our needs and looks amazing!

northernbobbydazzler · 25/08/2017 16:50

Just pre-ordered this for deliver on the 7th September.... got my fingers crossed!!!

Anyone had luck with the matching charcoal sheets? They are saying out of stock Sad

FirstTimeMummy89 · 25/08/2017 17:02

When we first ordered this crib I think it was brand new out and we couldn't find any bedding luckly the snuz bedding fit just as nicely! @northenbobbydazzler

@mummabubs would you be able to use the carry cot part of your pram if it wasn't with you straight away? Not ideal but it may be a solution if you know it's not for long, but then again mothercare haven't been great sending them out so who knows how long they may keep you waiting!

mummabubs · 25/08/2017 22:45

That had originally been the plan for the first six months, but then we were told by Mamas and Papas that our carrycot isn't safe for overnight sleeping due to poor ventilation, only for occasional daytime naps. To be honest that wouldn't usually bother me as I take their sales advice with a pinch of salt, however our bedroom does get hot quite easily so good ventilation is a must for us! Fingers crossed we get it by the 6th, if not maybe I'll send Mothercare HQ bubbabean's first poop as a gift to reflect the quality of their customer care! 😂😂

Stephando5 · 26/08/2017 06:46

I managed to get a cozeee in a mothercare store (only one in stock) at the weekend after having the same problem with ordering online.
The lady in store was fantastic and told us mothercare have their own sheets that fit inside only £9 if I remember rightly and came in white/grey with stars. So you don't need the tutti ones.
I would definetly order the mattress protector as the the cover you get is not going to protect the mattress, also it says under the mattress that its recommended.
Can't wait for little one to come so we can use it, it looks gorgeous !!!

northernbobbydazzler · 26/08/2017 07:48

Ah that's good to know Step, I did think I'd probably be needing the protector too.

Good luck with the arrival of your little one... I'm hoping mine hangs on a bit longer!

Lod18 · 26/08/2017 10:37

Hi ladies, just wondering if any of you that have the cozee can tell me whether it can attach to a divan bed? In their video it looks like it may only be suitable for a bed frame :( thanks x

SophieGiroux · 29/08/2017 14:25

@Stephando5 which mothercare fitted sheets did you buy and have you tried them out yet? Looks like all the tutti bambini ones are out of stock so need to find alternative! Plus they are ridiculously expensive!

SophieGiroux · 29/08/2017 14:25

I hope it attached to a divan as that's what I have!

mummabubs · 29/08/2017 15:00

Oooo, I'd like to know about the sheets too, I was also quite shocked by the price of the tutti ones! I was told stock should be coming back in today but I've heard nothing about my cover order so I'll just keep on hanging in there I guess(!) 🙈

MummyMrsMe · 29/08/2017 22:36

We initially bought Mothercare own brand crib sheets and whilst they do fit, it's a very tight fit and if they even remotely shrink in the wash I doubt they'll fit. We ended up buying the Tutti ones as well and they definitely fit better so in my opinion are worth the extra money.

FirstTimeMummy89 · 30/08/2017 00:58

The snuzpod ones fit too but are also pricey however you have more options available. A three pack for £34 (2 sheets and a blanket) or a two pack £16 (a sheet and a blanket). The designs are more fun as well! Those prices are off amazon!
