No difference sickness wise - didn't have it with boy or girl.

With boy bump was much bigger but then he was born much bigger (over 3lbs heavier at birth)

With boy felt very hot and ate lots of ice.

Hello ladies
First time posting
I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant. Haven't found out the sex of the baby but really curious to know. We will find out in a week but trying to do a guessing game for now based on the symptoms.

  • Absolutely no nausea but occasional vomiting after breakfast from 9 weeks.
  • Achy back started about 3 weeks ago
  • Constant bad taste in mouth
  • Occasional headaches
  • No constipation
  • Boobs not aching, growing slowly and right one bigger
  • Feeling absolutely disgusted with everything from day one

That's pretty much it.

Will be grateful to hear your thoughts

More sick with boy (felt sick with both)
Put on similar amount of weight with both - about 16-20 lb (put on weight quickly with DS but only 3lb in last 10 wks)
Had salty cravings for both (and went off chocolate which is a huge deal for me!!Grin)

Sick as a dog in all pregnancies both boys and now a girl. Didn’t put on a lot of weight with the boys and felt ‘neater’
With a girl I feel ginormous and the hormones are honestly something else, can’t sleep, can’t be comfortable and am absolutely fuming about everything 🙈😂

Hi @Jenn19. You might want to start your own thread as people aren't going to spot your post on this, they'll just read the very first post and respond to that.

No difference in the 2 boys or 2 girls

Jmaho · 21/11/2021 17:29

I have 2 boys and 2 girls. With the boys I felt very sick early on but wasn't ever actually sick but once I got passed around 12 weeks I felt great to be honest. Really blossomed and looked well and felt good
With the girls I again felt very sick in the first trimester but then felt dreadful all pregnancy. Dog tired throughout. Had acne, my hair was terrible, couldn't sleep. Chronic heartburn. No appetite at all and carried small with both of them. Never had the blooming stage at all
But had horrible births with both boys and fairly OK births with the girls

Just going by my pregnancies I'd say girl. I just felt dreadful all the way through both girl pregnancies and looked dreadful too

No different to how I felt when carrying my girl. You can't tell the sex by pregnancy symptoms, although in general every pregnancy is unique.

MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat · 21/11/2021 17:58

I’ve felt pretty much the same in all 3 pregnancies. 2 boys and a girl.

Hi I'm sorry that's what I was trying to do but it turned out to be a comment and I tried for two days to delete it but I have no idea how
