Ive been vomiting since 9pm, and shivering, now a runny tummy. Do I sit it out or call 111?

it's good you called for an advice. but just to share an experience, i had this too around week 36, womitting etc. it's not necessarily sign of poisoning, at that stage a baby might be pressing on/pushing stomach and if you suffer from extra acid reflux, that may be all it takes for such thing to happen.

No it's def food poisoning. It's the worse d &v I've ever had. Also had crab ravioli at Prezzo, which we had to wait ages, then it tasted awful. (I didn't finish it, but had enough apparently.)

The out of hours Dr called back at 5.30am, by then the uncontrollable d & v had settled and I could keep down a bit of water. She said to take electrolyte and as long as I could keep water down I would not need anything, but if not to arrange to get an antiemetic from them. I sent my husband out for electrolytes and reported the restaurant to environmental health. Took 24 hours but feeling much better.
