Hey everyone could really do with some advice..
I've been feeling under the weather with waves of nausea, tired and aching in my lower back.. 3 weeks ago I thought I'd come on but only had a light brown bleed for a day then it was gone.. my actual period hasn't turned up and I'm almost 2 weeks late...
I've done a pregnancy test or 3 .. 2 days ago I did the Asda £3.50 range and at first they were negative and I mean completely negative but hubby insisted I got a clear blue which in my previous pregnancys completely didn't work.. but to my shock there is a extremely faint line there so I checked the Asda ones and now they have faint lines to... I'm so confused ... does anyone recommend me trying another test? Or anything else ... with my first I never had these problems so I'm really confused but in fairness I've been taking my pill religiously but still may have got caught but my other child has only just hit six months so I'm really scared of being caught again so soon as last time was quite a difficult pregnancy and a awful birth.. thank you in advance

If you looked at the asda ones outside of the time frame then disregard the lines that you saw.

I know some people don't like the blue dye pregnancy tests as they can have more evaporation lines. I would go out and buy a first response or another pack of cheaper tests and try again in a few days.

Did you do new asda tests or are they the old ones? You can't rely on them if they are the old ones as they are over the time limit.

Thanks Hun I'm so bloody confused and I'm panicking last time I was so excited now I'm terrified and doesn't help that hubby seems excited at the thought of me being pregnant again Hmmx

@dementedpixie they were from the night before the clear blue was from last night and the line is still faintly visible on that one and came up immediately x

This Asda ones are duds. You can't count those.

The CB often give faint lines.

Try a different brand. But not Superdrug.

Your best getting a first response test they sell 2 pack in asda for around £6 definitely the most reliable. Good luck.

MrsMamaG2016 · 21/05/2017 10:38

@ontono3 have you used them before are they good? Xx

Yes there the best ones you can get in mine and most people's opinions can be used up to six days before period is due if you get the early response ones x

Was that the result you were hoping for?

MrsMamaG2016 · 21/05/2017 13:40

@ontono3 at the min yes because I've got a 6 month old and I live in a one bed flat which we barely have space in at the min, and struggling to get money to move, plus I've just started a new job that I'm really enjoying so the timing is all wrong.. I do want more children but want at least 3 years between them so I can find my feet abit more with the one I've already got xx

Can't you get a digital one? That would give you an accurate answer
